Classroom Training

Why is Workplace Safety Training Important?

Training and Competence are a large part of achieving a skilled and motivated workforce and it provides evidence to accrediting bodies such as CHAS, Safe-Contractor, and Constructionline that you provide all necessary Health and Safety training to your staff.

An estimated 2.3 million people around the world have work-related accidents or diseases every year, which relates to over 6000 deaths every single day. Worldwide, there are around 340 million occupational accidents and 160 million victims of work-related illnesses annually. Within the UK alone, £15 billion was the annual cost of work-related and new cases of ill health.

Occupational Health and Safety training is important because risks that could cause death or injury should be properly controlled. It is about ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

The tutors are sympathetic to the mixed ability in each class. All of our courses are written to maximise learning outcomes for each student.

All bespoke courses are certificated by OJ Health and Safety Solutions Limited and state clearly what subjects have been taught.
