Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
SMSTS is a five day course that can be taken on a 1 day a week attendance or as a 5 day block attendance. It trains each individual in the essential points of Health and Safety and shows them how to measure Health and Safety performance on their own site.
The interactive method of delivery of the course allows for discussion of the subject areas together with the development of risk assessments, methods statements and health and safety plans for construction activities. At the end of the course, each individual has to pass a multiple choice test which qualifies them for the Construction Site Managers Safety Certificate.
