OJ Health and Safety team up with Spoke Architectural to offer CDM 2015 Principal Designer Services
OJ Health and Safety are delighted to announce we’ve partnered with Architectural company Spoke Architectural for a joint venture to provide CDM 2015 Principal Designer services.
From inception through to handover and beyond, it is vital health and safety is considered and observed during each step of every project. Since founding in 2007, OJ Health and Safety has been committed to allowing companies to fulfil health and safety requirements so they can concentrate on doing what they do best, running their business.
The Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM) 2015 are the main set of regulations for managing the health, safety and welfare of construction projects. The regulations apply to all construction work, including new build, refurbishments, demolition, conversions, extensions, maintenance and repair. Under CDM 2015, the principle designer must be a designer and have control over the pre-construction phase of the project.
By partnering with Spoke Architectural to provide the CDM 2015 Principal Designer Service, our team of construction risk management professionals and former CDM Co-coordinators in Ossett, West Yorkshire, can advise clients proficiently on how to encourage effective design risk management.
The partnership will also enable OJ Health and Safety to work with all duty holders to assist them in complying with their CDM 2015 duties. The principle objective is to ensure all structures are safe to build, occupy, clean, maintain and demolish, objectives that are achievable with CDM 2015 compliance.
